Presently the Country Manager of Smart Tanzania, her approach to leadership encompasses identifying novel revenue streams, forging strategic partnerships, and venturing into hitherto untapped sales pipelines, boasting an impressive 95% success rate in surpassing targets. She stands as the impetus behind the digital metamorphosis of several insurance organisations in East Africa, facilitating enhanced operational efficiencies and charting a course towards profitability and growth.

Her impact, however, transcends financial margins. Grace emerges as a transformative agent, revolutionising workforces and rallying motivated teams around a triumphant strategy. Her tenure has witnessed the establishment of three pivotal departments at Smart Applications: Card Processing, Customer Enrollment, and Customer Experience.

Her educational foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Leadership from the Management University of Africa.
